THE DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL
(FORMER TECHNICAL COLLEGE SITE, HEATHHALL, DUMFRIES)
(20 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT)
TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2020

NOTICE is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 22 November 2019.

2. Details of the proposals with the plan (TM-D-01-355) Made Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected during normal office hours (9am – 4:30pm) between 13 March 2020 and 24 April 2020 at:

3. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from 13 March 2020 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose, to the undersigned by 24 April 2020.
