TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2020

Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 12^th December 2019.

2. Copies of the made Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours (09.00 – 16.30hrs) between 12^th December 2019 and 30^th January 2020 at:

• Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS,
• Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, High Street, Lochmaben DG11 1NQ.

3. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 12^th December 2019 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose, to the undersigned by 30^th January 2020.
