(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE, TEMPORARY REVOCATION OF ONE WAY STREET)

ORDER 2019

 

Dumfries and Galloway Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close Irish Street between Friar’s Vennel and Bank Street from 08.00 to 20.00 on Sunday 24th of November 2019.

 

The closure is necessary to facilitate BT Openreach Fibre broadband network upgrade works.

 

Alternative route available via Buccleuch Street, Whitesands, Bank Street, Irish Street and vice versa.

 

Pedestrian access will be maintained
