THE DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL

TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2020

NOTICE is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 20 September 2019.

2. Copies of the made Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours (9am – 4.30pm) between 14 November 2019 and 10 January 2020 at:

• Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS.
• DG Customer Services, Town Hall, High Street, Annan DG12 6AQ.

and available online at;

• https://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/

3. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within eight weeks from 14 November 2019 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose, to the undersigned by 10 January 2020.
