TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2019

NOTICE is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1.  The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 18^th October 2019.

2.  Copies of the made Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours (9am – 4.30pm) between 18^th October 2019 and 29^th November 2019 at:

• Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS,

• John McNellie Library, Wigtown County Buildings, Wigtown DG8 9JH.

3.  Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from 18^th October 2019 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose, to the undersigned by 29^th November 2019.
