TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above
named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 27th September
2019.
2. Details of the proposals with the plans (TM/D/01/316 and 317) showing the
restricted lengths of road and a Statement of Reasons for the proposed Order may
be inspected between 27th September 2019 and 8th November 2019 during office
hours (9am – 4.30pm) at:
• Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS,
3. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in
writing and stating the grounds, to the undersigned by 8th November 2019.
