THE DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL

(WINDERMERE PARK, ANNAN)

(20 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT)

TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2019

Notice is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above

named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Order will be to make it unlawful to drive a motor vehicle at

a speed exceeding 20 miles per hour along the lengths of road detailed in Schedule

One to the Order.

2. Copies of the draft Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected, free of

charge, during normal office hours (9am – 4:30pm) between 20th September 2019

and 11th October 2019 at:

•  Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS.
•  DG Customer Services, Town Hall, High Street, Annan DG12 6AQ.

3. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in

writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the

undersigned by 11th October 2019.
