(WAITING RESTRICTIONS)

TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2019

Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Traffic Regulation Order will be to impose:

• “No Waiting At Any Time” restrictions on specified lengths of B736 St Andrew Street and U400s Queen Street, and

• “60 Minute Limited Waiting (Monday – Saturday, 9.30am – 5.30pm) No Return Within 60 Minutes” restrictions on specified lengths of B736 St Andrew Street, Castle Douglas.

2. Exceptions to the proposed restrictions are as stated in the Order.

3. Details of the proposals, with plans (TM/S/01/116 and TM/S/01/117A), Draft Order, and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected during normal office hours (09.00 – 16.30hrs) between 29^th August and 19^th September 2019 at:

4. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 19^th September 2019.
