TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 1985 (AS AMENDED)

SUSPENSION OF USE OF BREASTWORKS CAR PARK, STRANRAER

In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Dumfries and Galloway Regional Council (Various Car Parks) (Use Restrictions) Traffic Regulation Order 1985 (as amended), the use the Breastworks Car Park shall be suspended from 09:00 Wednesday 11^th September 2019 to 22:00 Monday 16^th September 2019 to accommodate the Stranraer Oyster Festival.

There will be no vehicular or pedestrian access permitted other than in connection with, and as authorised by, the organisers of the Stranraer Oyster Festival event.

In terms of Article 7 of the Order, any vehicle which remains in the Car Park during the periods of suspension may be removed from the Car Park by a person authorised by the Council and taken to a place of safe custody.
