(C98a JOHNSTONE BRIDGE - ST ANN'S)

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER)

ORDER 2019

The Dumfries and Galloway Council in exercise of their powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf hereby make the following order:-

1.  This Order may be cited as the Dumfries and Galloway Council (C98a Johnstone Bridge - St Ann's) (Temporary Traffic Regulation Order) Order 2019 and shall be in force from 08:00 Monday 1^st April 2019 to 18:00 Monday 29^th April 2019.

2.  The closure will be located on C98a between Springwells on the B7020 to Johnstonebridge.

3.  The Interpretation Act 1978 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

4.  The temporary closure is necessary to facilitate BT upgrade works.

5.  Alternative route: via B7020, A701, B7076 and vice versa.

6.  Pedestrian access will be maintained.
