(VARIOUS CAR PARKS) (USE RESTRICTIONS)
TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 1985 (AS AMENDED)
SUSPENSION OF USE OF WHITESANDS (WEST) CAR PARK, DUMFRIES
In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Dumfries and Galloway Regional Council (Various Car Parks) (Use Restrictions) Traffic Regulation Order 1985 (as amended), the Council gives Notice that the use of the Whitesands (west) Car Park, Dumfries shall be suspended as follows:- from 18:00 Monday 11th March 2019 to 18:00 Sunday 24th March 2019.
Parking in Whitesands (west) Car Park will be suspended to accommodate the annual March Fair.
In terms of Article 7 of the Order, any vehicle which remains in the Car Park during the periods of suspension may be removed from the Car Park by a person authorised by the Council and taken to a place of safe custody.
