PROVISION OF ROAD HUMPS

 

1. The Dumfries and Galloway Council intends to construct road humps under Section 36 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 at the locations specified in the Schedule below and hereby gives public notice of the proposal under Section 37 of the said Act.

 

2. Details of the proposals including plan (TM/S/01/111) and drawing (MISC/R/62B) may be inspected during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) between 24^th January and 14^th February 2019 at:

 

• Customer Service Centre, High Street Kirkcudbright DG6 4JG
• Economy, Environment and Infrastructure, Kirkbank House, English Street Dumfries DG1 2HS

 

3. Any person who wishes to make representations should send details in writing, and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 14^th February 2019.
