(WAITING RESTRICTIONS)

TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2019

 

Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

 

1. The general effect of the Traffic Regulation Order will be to impose: “No Stopping, Monday – Friday between 8:30am and 9:30am and 2:30pm and 3:30pm” restrictions on specified lengths of the B796 Old Military Road, Gatehouse of Fleet.

 

1. Exceptions to the proposed restrictions are as stated in the Order.

    

   3. Details of the proposals, with plan (TM/S/01/112), Draft Order, and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) between 24^th January and 14^th February 2019 at:

• Customer Service Centre, High Street, Kirkcudbright DG6 4JG

• Economy, Environment and Infrastructure, Kirkbank House, English Street Dumfries DG1 2HS

   

  4. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Orders should send details, in writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 14^th February 2019.
