(REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF

PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE) ORDER 2017

 

NOTICE is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

 

1. The effect of the Order is as stated in the Dumfries and Galloway Standard on 26^th May 2017 and will come into effect on 21^st September 2018.

 

2. The Order, as made, relevant Map (NT/2018/72/01) and Notice may be inspected, free of charge, at DGFirst, Cargen Tower, Garroch Business Park, Dumfries and Economy, Environment and Infrastructure, Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries, during normal office hours (09.00 hours to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday) between 21^st September 2018 and 2^nd November 2018.

 

3. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 21^st September 2018 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
