30 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT

ORDER 2018

 

Notice is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

 

  1. The general effect of the Order will be to make it unlawful to drive a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour along the length of road detailed in the Schedule to the Order.

     

  2. Details of the proposals with the plan (TM/W/01/195) showing the restricted length of road and a Statement of Reasons for the proposed Order may be inspected between 20th September 2018 and 11th October 2018 during office hours (9am – 5pm) at:

     

  • Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS,
  • DG Customer Services, Church Street, Newton Stewart DG8 6ER,

 

 

  1. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds, to the undersigned by 11th October 2018.
