(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2018
Dumfries and Galloway Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close George Street between Irving Street and George Street Meuse from 09:00 Monday 16th July 2018 to 16:00 Friday 20th July 2018.
The closure is necessary to investigate and repair voiding in carriageway.
Alternative westbound route: via Church Crescent, Buccleuch Street, Charlotte Street and George Street.
Alternative eastbound route: via Castle Street and Church Crescent.
Pedestrian access will be maintained.
