(DISABLED PERSONS’ PARKING PLACES)

(WIGTOWN) ORDER 2018

 

NOTICE is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

 

  1. The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 8th and 9th March 2018.

     

  2. Copies of the made Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours (0900hrs – 1700hrs, Monday to Friday) between 19th April and 31st May 2018 at:

     

  • Economy, Environment and Infrastructure, Kirkbank House, English St, Dumfries

  • Customer Services, Stranraer Library, North Strand Street, Stranraer

  • Customer Services, Newton Stewart Library, Church Street, Newton Stewart

  • Customer Services, Port William Library, Maxwell Hall, Port William

  • Customer Services, Whithorn Library, St John Street, Whithorn

     

  1. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 10th April 2018 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
