(VARIOUS CAR PARKS) (USE RESTRICTIONS)
TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 1985 (AS AMENDED)
SUSPENSION OF USE OF (PART OF) BREASTWORKS CAR PARK, STRANRAER
In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Dumfries and Galloway Regional Council (Various Car Parks) (Use Restrictions) Traffic Regulation Order 1985 (as amended), the use of part of the Breastworks Car Park shall be suspended from 08:00 Monday 29/1/18 to 18:00 Friday 14/12/18 to accommodate construction works associated with the redevelopment of the old Harbour Master office.
In terms of Article 7 of the Order, any vehicle which remains in the Car Park during the periods of suspension may be removed from the Car Park by a person authorised by the Council and taken to a place of safe custody.
