Speed Limit Order 20 Miles Per Hour - Dumfries & Galloway Archived

NOTICE is hereby given that on 31^st January 2017 Dumfries and Galloway Council made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The effect of the Order is as stated in the Dumfries and Galloway Standard on 2^nd September 2015 and will come into effect on 13^th February 2017.
2. The Order, as made, relevant Map (TM/D/01/278) and Notice may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) between 10^th February 2017 and 24^th March 2017 at:

• Planning and Environment, Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS.

3. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 31^st January 2017 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
