NOTICE is hereby given that The Council have made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. The general effect of the Order will be to impose “No Waiting At Any Time” restrictions on the specified lengths of roads. The Order shall commence on 01/07/2013. The effect of the Order is as stated in the Annandale Series dated 02/05/2013.
2. The Order (as made), and full details may be inspected at DGFirst, Harthill Depot, Glasgow Road, Lockerbie and Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Moffat during normal office hours between 27/06/2013 and 08/08/2013.
3. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 21/06/13 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
