The Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close U704a David Street and John Street Langholm from 8am to 5pm on 16/06/2013. The temporary closure is necessary to remove a BT pole from David Street. Vehicular access will be prohibited. One way system in this area to be suspended during day. No alternative route available (emergency access will be available if required). Vehicular access will not be maintained. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
