Notice is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. The general effect of the Order will be to create a Traffic Regulation Order for new and existing Disabled Parking Places in the Stewartry area.
2. Exceptions to the proposed restrictions are as stated in the Order.
3. Details of the proposal, Notice, draft Order and Statement of Reasons may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre, 4 Market Street, Castle Douglas, and Customer Service Centre, High Street, Dalbeattie, during normal office hours between 22/11/12 and 13/12/12.
4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of the objection, in writing, to Acting Development Team Leader (Stewartry), DGFirst, Abercromby Depot, Abercromby Road Industrial Estate, Castle Douglas,
DG7 1LH by 13/12/12.
