 (WAITING RESTRICTIONS)

TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2011

Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1.        The general effect of the Traffic Regulation Order will be to impose waiting restrictions on specified lengths of A714 Victoria Street / Albert Street, Newton Stewart.

2.        Exceptions to the proposed restrictions are as stated in the Order.

3.    Details of the proposals, with plan (W/RM/D3420/11/03), Draft Order, Order to be revoked and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) between 27 May 2011 and 17 June 2011 at:

·         Customer Service Centre, McMillan Hall, Dashwood Square, Newton Stewart

·         DGFirst, Local Services Wigtown, Roads Depot, Commerce Road, Stranraer

4.    Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Orders should send details, in writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 17 June 2011.
