Notice is hereby given under section 11(9) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 that on 2nd Sept 2019 Dumfries and Galloway Council made An Exemption Order under section 11(1) of the Act.
The effect of the Order is to exempt the following Forestry Land contained by the red boundary on the map below from the access rights which would otherwise be exercisable in respect of that land by virtue of Part 1 of the Act.
The purpose(s) for which the Order is made is for a Mountain Bike Event
The Order will take effect from 08.00hrs 8th September 2019 and will expire at 18.00hrs 8th September 2019 unless revoked earlier.
