Notice is hereby given under section 11(9) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 that on 6 April 2016 Dumfries and Galloway Council made An Exemption Order under section 11(1) of the Act.
The effect of the Order is to exempt the following Forest Estate Land contained by the red boundary on the map below from the access rights which would otherwise be exercisable in respect of that land by virtue of Part 1 of the Act.
The purpose(s) for which the Order is made is for a Downhill Bike Event. The Order will take effect from 08.00hrs on Sunday 17 April 2016 and will expire at 18.00hrs on Sunday 17th April 2016 unless revoked earlier.
