Notice is hereby given under section 11(9) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 that on 31/07/2013, Dumfries and Galloway Council made An Exemption Order under section 11(1) of the Act.
The effect of the Order is to exempt the following Forestry Commission Land contained by the red boundary on the map attached from the access rights which would otherwise be exercisable in respect of that land by virtue of Part 1 of the Act.
The purpose(s) for which the Order is made is for a Motor Sport Event
The Order will take effect from 00.01hrs Saturday 7th of September 2013 and will expire at 23.59hrs on the same day unless revoked earlier.
