Notice is hereby given under section 11(9) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 that on 23/5/12, Dumfries and Galloway Council made An Exemption Order under section 11(1) of the Act.
The effect of the Order is to exempt the following Forrest Estate Land contained by the red boundary on the map below from the access rights which would otherwise be exercisable in respect of that land by virtue of Part 1 of the Act.
The purpose(s) for which the Order is made is for a Motor Sport Event.
The Order will take effect on Sat 9th June 2012 09.00 – 18.00 and Sun 10th June 2012 10.00 – 16.00 unless revoked earlier.
