THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (STATION CAR PARK, ALLOA) (DESIGNATED TAXI RANK) ORDER 2011
The Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Order under Sections 32 and 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part III of Schedule 9 to the said Act of 1984 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, which will revoke "The Clackmannanshire Council (Station Car Park, Alloa) (Designated Taxi Rank) Order 2010" and will designatethe section of road described in the Schedule as a taxi rank within the Station Car Park, Alloa.
FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available at below or may be examined at the Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Greenfield, Alloa, FK10 2AD; Lime Tree House, Castle Street, Alloa, FK10 2EX or any council Library/CAP, during normal office hours free of charge for four weeks from 3rd June 2011.
Any person wishing to object to the proposals should send details of the grounds for objection, in writing, to Gillian White, Chief Executive’s Services, Greenfield, Alloa FK10 2AD by 24th June 2011, quoting the reference WR057GW 5-6-750.
