Legislation Information
THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, CLACKMANNANSHIRE) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2011
Clackmannanshire Council propose to make the above named Order under Section 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), which will designate the sections of roads described in the Schedule as a 40 miles per hour speed limit which is considered necessary to consolidate all existing Orders and redesignate the undernoted roads from a national speed limit to a 40 mph limit:
a - A91 From a point 164 metres or thereby north east of its junction with Greenloan Pool of Muckhart, in a generally north easterly direction to a point 15 metres or thereby north east of its junction with the A823 Dunfermline/Muthill Road.
b - A823 From a point 425 metres or thereby south of its junction with the A91 Stirling/Cupar Road in a generally northerly direction to a point 1,143 metres or thereby north of its junction with the A91 Stirling/Cupar Road.
c - B934 From its junction with A823 in a generally northerly direction, for a distance of 100 metres or thereby.
d - Dollar - Crook of Devon Road From its junction with A91 in a generally easterl direction for a distance of 356 metres or thereby.
e - Dollar - Crook of Devon Road From a point metres or thereby east of the southwest kerbline of A91 in a generally easterly direction to its junction with A823, a distance of 1,860 metres or thereby.
