The Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to reduce the 24hr loading prohibition to accommodate the new road layout and replace a public parking place with a loading bay on Drysdale Rd, which operates at all times and has a maximum stay of 30 minutes. Details of the draft order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online from 26/05/2023 to 20/06/2023 at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders or www.tellmescotland.gov.uk, or at Waverley Court Reception between the hours of 9:30am to 3:30pm Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must state their reasons in writing with reference TRO/19/72B to Traffic Orders, Place, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG, or by email to TRO.Consultations@edinburgh.gov.uk, not later than 20/06/2023. Objections should state the name and address of the objector.
