THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL (BABERTON AVENUE, EDINBURGH) (ONE-WAY) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 201_ - TRO/12/04
The Council in exercise of their powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 2(3) and 4(2) of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order, which will introduce a one-way traffic system within the new turning area and a disabled parking place on Baberton Avenue.
A copy of the draft Order together with (1) a map showing the road affected, (2) a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order and (3) a copy of the Order to be varied may be examined between the hours of 9:30 am and 3:30 pm on Mondays to Fridays during the period 3/5/13 to 28/5/13 at City Chambers Reception, High Street, Edinburgh or online at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of the grounds of objection in writing, quoting reference TRO/12/04 to TRAFFIC ORDERS, SERVICES FOR COMMUNITIES, CITY CHAMBERS, HIGH STREET, EDINBURGH, EH1 1YJ, not later than 28/5/13.
