THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, EDINBURGH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT JUNCTIONS) (VARIATION NO _) ORDER 201_ - TRO/11/20D
The Council in exercise of their powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 2(3) 4(2), 45, 46 and 49 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order.
The effect will be to introduce/extend 24 hour waiting restrictions on parts of Coltbridge Avenue, Coltbridge Terrace, Coltbridge Vale, Murrayfield Place and Riversdale Crescent.
A copy of the draft Order together with (1) maps showing the roads affected, (2) a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order and (3) a copy of the Order to be varied may be examined between the hours of 9:30 am and 3:30 pm on Mondays to Fridays during the period 17/2/12 to 13/3/12 at City Chambers Reception, High Street, Edinburgh.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of the grounds of objection in writing, quoting reference TRO/11/20D to THE DIRECTOR OF SERVICES FOR COMMUNITIES, (TRANSPORT), WAVERLEY COURT, 4 EAST MARKET STREET, EDINBURGH, EH8 8BG, not later than 13/3/12.
