THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL (MUIRHOUSE PARKWAY-SERVICE ROAD, EDINBURGH (PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 201 - TRO/11/19
The Council, in exercise of their powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 2(3) and 4(2) of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order.
The effect will be to prohibit motor vehicles, on a length of Muirhouse Parkway - Service Road. This will prevent motor vehicles accessing a 2 metre length of road on Muirhouse Parkway - Service Road.
A copy of the draft Order together with associated docs may be examined from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Fri during the period 17/2/12 to 9 March at City Chambers Reception, High Street, Edinburgh.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of the grounds of objection in writing, quoting reference TRO/11/19 to THE DIRECTOR OF CITY DEVELOPMENT, (Transport), WAVERLEY COURT, 4 EAST MARKET STREET, EDINBURGH, EH1 1ZL, not later than 9 March 2012.
