Refurbishment of single glazed timber sash and case windows, with new slimlite double glazed panes installed in existing timber sash and case windows. The new double-glazed panes will improve thermal performance of the windows, assist with obtaining EESSH2 requirements. The double-glazed panes will be 14mm wide with 4mm panes and 6mm cavity. The existing sash and cases shall be overhauled and redecorated, including renewing broken ironmongery and cords.
