I would like to remove the cupboard / pantry in my kitchen to create a more usable space within the kitchen / dining area. I believe this will only enhance the space and not negatively impact the listed building. It is not my intention to take away from the listed building but simply to adapt the space for a more modern living experience in which a large cupboard / pantry is not needed. My intention is to get consent from you and then move forward with engineer / architect / building warrant.
