Demolish and replace existing shed with a more robust and slightly larger structure, made from recycled brick with a traditional slate roof, similar to other sheds in the area (photo provided). We hope to convert the internal press in our living room into a doorway, allowing internal access, and to put in central heating and floor boards at the same level as the living room, to make the space habitable.
