Put cast iron balustered railings on existing 10.3 lineal metres front boundary wall and to an overall height approx 930 mm( having replaced top coping stones in existing style) and put in two double gates and 40mm square solid posts (3.060 metres).Railings and gates are to be the same overall height and design ( fleur de lys and pineapple ) as the railings and gates at numbers 5,6 ,7 and 8 Brighton Crescent West.All metalwork is to be with one undercoat and one finish coat black paint.
