On Thursday the 21st of September 2023, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

PROHIBITION OF WAITING

Crinan Hotel Loop Road On east side adjacent to Lock Gate 15, for a distance of 40 metres or thereby.
Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes. The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required to help facilitate the works involved in the Installation of new lock gates and will be effective when indicated by signs from 25th of September 2023 to 2359 hours on the 26th of April 2024
