ARGYLL AND BUTE COUNCIL (A814 DUMBARTON TO ARROCHAR ROAD, HELENSBURGH)(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
On Wednesday 27th July 2022, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on that length of A814 as detailed in the schedule below.
The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because essential works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road will be effective, when indicated by signs to minimise the potential impact on those affected.

That length of A814 Dumbarton to Arrochar Road, Helensburgh, within Lomond, from its junction with the access road to Iona Stables, extending in a northwesterly direction to the roundabout at Hermitage Academy a distance of 550 metres or thereby. |

Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes. The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because of the likelihood of danger to the public and will be effective when indicated by signs for the duration of the works.
