(ARGYLL AND BUTE COUNCIL(CHAPEL HILL ROAD, ROTHESAY, ISLE OF BUTE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2022

 

On Friday 1st July 2022, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for a temporary period for any person to wait, drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on sections of Chapel Hill Road in a manner contravening the restrictions as detailed in the schedules below.                                 

This Order which is required because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to a dangerous building adjacent to the road will be effective when indicated by signs from 0001 hours on the First day of July 2022 to 2359 hours on the Twelfth day of August 2022, or until the remedial works are complete, whichever is the earlier.

U019 Chapel Hill Road

 

 

1.

That section of road outside No 2 Chapel Hill Road, in an north westerly direction for  a distance of 30 meters or thereby.

 

 

 

 

Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes. The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because of the likelihood of danger to the public and will be effective when indicated by signs for the duration of the works.
