(A815 MARINE PARADE, HUNTERS QUAY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2022
On Friday the 4th of February 2022, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes. The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because of the likelihood of danger to the public and will be effective when indicated by signs from 0001 hours on the 21st of February 2022 until 2359 hours on the 13th August 2023.
