On Monday the 15th of March 2021, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
The Order, which comes into operation on 30th of April 2021, introduces a prohibition of all vehicles with an exception for buses; a prohibition on waiting and loading; and a one way operation on Pier Road, Dunoon.
A copy of the Order and plan relative thereto can be inspected by logging on to the Council’s website at www.argyll-bute.gov.uk/trafficorders
Any person, who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 19th March 2021, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
