On Monday 12th October 2020, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period a no waiting/no loading at any time restriction will be in place on the lengths of road indicated in the schedule below.

On the west side from a point 28 metres or thereby north of the extended north kerbline of Townhead Road (No.84), extending in a southerly direction to a point 15 metres or thereby south of the extended south kerbline of Townhead Industrial Estate Road (No.82), a distance of 120 metres or thereby. |

On the east side from a point 28 metres or thereby north of the extended north kerbline of Townhead Road (No.84), extending in a southerly direction to a point 15 metres or thereby south of the extended south kerbline of Townhead Industrial Estate Road (No.82), a distance of 115 metres or thereby. |

The restrictions, which are required because of the likelihood of danger to the public will be in operation when indicated by signs, from 0001 hours on 19th October 2020 until 2359 hours on the 19th April 2022 or until such time that the restrictions are no longer required or a permanent Order supersedes.
