Argyll and Bute Council (Kilbride Drive, Helensburgh)(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020 - Argyll & Bute Archived

On Monday 20^th July 2020, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on the entire length of Kilbride Drive, Helensburgh (Unclassified No.171).

The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because essential works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road will be effective when indicated by signs from 0001 hours on Thursday 30^th July to 2359 hours on Wednesday 30^th December 2020, or until the works are complete, whichever is the earlier. Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes, a vehicle being used for carrying out the works or a vehicle requiring access/egress to and from affected properties when available.
