Argyll and Bute Council (Kintyre Street, Tarbert)(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020 - Argyll & Bute Archived

On Monday 10^th February 2020, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on that length of Kintyre Street, Tarbert, from its junction with Back Street extending in a northerly direction for a distance of 40 metres or thereby.

The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because essential works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road will be effective when indicated by signs from 0001 hours on Monday 25^th February to 2359 hours on 1^st June 2020, or until the works are complete, whichever is the earlier. Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes or a vehicle being used for carrying out the works.
