On Monday 25th November 2019, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on the length of road indicated in the schedule below. The restrictions which are required whilst filming works are being carried out on or near the road will be in operation between 0800 hours and 1830 hours on the 6th December, the 9th to the 21st December 2019 and the 13th to the 17th January 2020. The restrictions will only have effect when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs.
Exceptions will apply to any vehicle which is being driven upon the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform; being used in an emergency for fire and rescue services, ambulance or police purposes; or being driven upon the direction of a traffic management operative.
SCHEDULE- PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
B832 Helensburgh to Loch Lomond Road From its junction with the A82 Trunk Road, extending in a south westerly direction to a point 140 metres or thereby southwest of the access to Duchlage Farm, Arden, a distance of 345 metres or thereby.
Diversion routes will be signed in an appropriate manner.
