ROADS (SCOTLAND) 1984
ADOPTION OF THE BANKS, BRECHIN ONTO THE LIST OF PUBLIC ROADS
Angus Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 1(4) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, intend to add to their list of Public Roads the following:-
The carriageway, generally 4.5 metres wide, known as The Banks, Brechin including footways and verges extending from its junction with North Latch Road, Brechin in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 188 metres or thereby.
Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the above proposal should make them in writing within 28 days of today’s date to the Head of Law and Administration, Angus Council, Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar DD8 1AN.
