Application to Vary a Premises Licence
Description of Proposed Variation: Change the condition relating to the terminal hour patrons can use the external area to allow the outside area to be used till 22:00.
Amend the conditions relating to music/amplified sound in the external area to allow background music to be played in the external area and live events to take place at a level which does not cause a nuisance.
Amend total premises on sales capacity to 380.
Include an additonal external seating area as show on layout plan.
