Notice of Consultation on the Disposal & Change of Use of Common Good Property - Angus

Angus Council is considering granting a new 6-year lease, on commercial terms, to the Brechin Healthcare Group. The group propose to expand the services they currently provide and larger premises would allow them to do that.

Anyone may make representations about this request to Angus Council by emailing  CommEngagement@angus.gov.uk  the closing date for representations is 16 May 2024.
