Angus Council had received a request from a catering establishment to lease the surplus site at Traill Drive, Montrose for a period of 6 years.
Following consultation the decision has been taken to proceed with the renewal of the lease of the Melville Pavilion. Trailll Drive, Montrose to the current tenant.
